Jest egiptologiem i adiunktem na Wydziale Kultur Azji i Afryki Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Prowadzi tam zajęcia poświęcone różnym etapom rozwoju języka egipskiego oraz inne przedmioty. Jego główne obszary badań to religia starożytnego Egiptu oraz komunikacja graficzna.

Dániel Takács is an Egyptologist and assistant professor at the Faculty of Asian and African Cultures, UW. He teaches different phases of the Egyptian language and other courses there. His main research areas are ancient Egyptian religion and graphic communication.
